nice. resorted to name calling... very classy. by the way, calling yourself a "centrist" over and over makes you no more of a centrist than kvkkc1... but at least he doesn't try to hide his position. i'm sorry you have to defend someone of Barbara Lee's ilk. you're right. she's not my representative. however, she IS making her opinion known in the public--BEYOND her own district. i think it's only fair i'm able to voice my opinion of her decision since she feels compelled to voice her opinion on a national stage. as for moving to berkley...no thanks. nice place to visit, i'm sure. but so is paris and i won't move there to change their political policy, either. but it won't stop me from saying barbara lee is a socialist by ANY stretch of the political definition...and that's the OPINION i've derived. look at her voting record and see if you concur. as for "democracy in action" and whether or not barbara lee gets voted out.... i'd be willing to wager her district votes her back into office.... "the people get the government they deserve" (sorry don henley)
