I checked the long term chart and it does look like the low in Oct 98 was just under 3 bucks. Anyway, in gazing at the cart, it sure shows a very classic head and shoulders formation, with a very apparent left shoulder, head, then lower right shoulder. Perhaps some of you recall that I warned when the neckline was broken at the 28 level. I never though we would see single digits though.
