Interesting, but irrelevant. This issue has been brewing for a couple of decades, and the danger of terrorists getting their hands on weapons of mass destruction only increased with the end of the Cold War. It is time to take the threat seriously and act with the freedom associated with military action, not the restraint of pursuit and trial.
