No but

1 - I was talking about removing the article in the PLO charter that calls for the destruction of Israel. That would be a good start on having actual peace. Of course it doesn't mean they can't try to destroy Israel if they don't care about peace after they amend the charter. The charter is one thing and their actions are another.

2 - I was also talking about the fact that Israel has no such formal policy or law and in practice has been giving back more land then it has been taking for a long time.

3 - The grabbing of the land from the Indians was a long time ago. When everyone involved is dead it might be time to just let it stand. Trying to return things back would only cause more problems and injustices and as a practical matter just is not going to happen.
