Tom, revenue has been flat for the last 3 quarters
As memory serves, it was $11.5 MN, $11.1MN, $11.1MN. Yes, this is substantially better than last year...but what have they done for us lately. As is the last 9 months?
One of Phillipe's, and therefore Verity's problems, is that he likes to fire people. At this point I would like to state that I am not now, nor have I ever been, an employee of Verity.

In addition to everything else, they are currently ahead of the curve as far as Search engines go. But how long would it take Microsoft to catch up? A month? So much for the long term scenario.
Bottom line, I just don't trust the guy.
BTW, just checked this quarters earnings (sans acquisitions) NEGATIVE 11 CENTS.
