On blips and cliffs In '00 employees exercised 176 M options. In '01 they exercised 133. A difference of -43 or about 20% In '00, total dilution not from options was 141 shares. In '01 it was 53.. A difference of about 60%. I'd say 60% reduction was falling off a cliff. 20% is still a big drop. But amongst all of the drops facing the business in '01 it doesn't really rate. John
