Any Window on Wallstreet Datyrader 7 internet users here? WOW.com data feed ended today, so need another program to receive and display intra day data. I can still get eod data for Daytrader 7. Would prefer, however, to have both in one program and I understand MS pro does that. OTOH, with Daytrader 7 I had one data feed for both eod and intra day data. Not certain how cumbersome having separate data feeds will be.
I think the language for creating indicators is the same in both programs, so that should reduce the learning curve. Anyone know for sure?
How difficult is it, during market hours, to switch a chart view from various intra day intervals to daily, weekly and monthly? If the setting is on "daily," will the close continue to track tick by tick, or do I need to return to the intra day view to get that.
Can I run eod scans using a chart template to trigger candidates? Can I run intra day scans during market hours using a chart template? How long does it take to run? Will it run continuously or must I re-run it manually each time? Does it bog the system while running (I'm using 2000 professional, dual processor, 512 ram)? Does it run the scan in the background?
