Also, altho ECB left rates unchanges, last auction was subscribed @ 3.58%. This is 17bps below the "Minimum bid rate"

ECB has a variable interest rate (http://www.ecb.int/)

Swiss franc has also been widely overbought as a safe heaven deposit and is now retreating (look at DXY0 and SFZ1).
