Who is this guy ? scary tactics to unload paper .... glad not be invloved with guys like this... Jimmy Ray Carter August 1992: Fined $300,000 and barred from NASD for selling shares that were neither registered or exempt from registration. Also charged unfair prices to customers. wow 300k fine ---big dough --musta screwed alot of people. LOLOL
