CHIPS - you have to remember that semiconductors always lead the turnaround..that will be our BIGGEST clue. Well so far, that clue hasn't been very encouraging. Semis took a huge haircut in Q3. Down 36% as a group. And all the time, CNBC and Wall Street have been incessantly calling the bottom on the semis. Eventually they'll be right, but those who bought at the beginning of the summer may have to wait for a 100% rise before they can break even...
