Suppose Gore handled it exactly the same way as Bush I have a hard time thinking Gore would have overreacted as badly as Bush thereby handing the victory to the terrorists. Bush's thoughtless Crusade and Jingo statements have cost a trillion dollars in market capitalization not to mention emboldending the terrorist network. Even if Bush had been more experience I don't think he has the intellectual capacity to make quick and good decisions. TP
