When he gave his first statement from Louisiana....he was one scared cookie.
At least he's finally realized who has the brains in the outfit....they guy he castrated from day one of his inauguration. Colin Powell....
after listening and doing the UNILATERAL crap according to the Cunny RICE manual, and pissing off every allie we ever had, he's at least got Colin to call the shots for the time being
