thecow, I don't have any exclamation marks and I just ran the tests at pcpitstop. Overall I did ok but it said that I could probably use more memory. I kinda figured that might be the problem because it seems to happen when I have a lot of things running. I got a red flag (not good!) on security so I fixed that. Thanks so much for the link! Susie
