I caught the BOWt..for a modest gain in scary times. Bought in at .85 a few months ago...and then watched it drift downward. But the fundamentals warranted hanging in...hell I still own TOMmy and T.TRE.A for goodness sake! Anyway, the buyout came as a complete surprise...and a very nice one in troubled times. $1.15 per share is less than my target price...but might mighty sweet looking in a portfolio with a little too much red after the last 2 weeks. Had a recent similar surprise with T.UI Bought at $1 based on solid fundamentals. (Alberta real estate) Figured the market would eventually take it to $2. No such luck.. Buyback/buyout at $1.50. In these times, I'll take it gladly...and I have. So now I''m looking to catch the next BOWt so that I never need to go on UI. Hey, it's the best I could come up with to match JT's pun.
