For me it was settled.
You still have not learned to settle the important from the trivial. Clinton knew the difference and that is why he was still in office after Speaker after Speaker were not. Just look at today's newspaper and compare to any from Clinton's time, say two weeks after the embasy bombing, and you can see what happens when we are led by those who don't understand that difference.
