I am sure that Iraq and Serbia would love to have the US on trial. Anybody who has ever been a soldier or any government official could be detained if they ever went overseas. I can point to a number of people on this thread and the rest of SI who would love to put US citizens on trial. So, no, I don't think we favor the proposed court having jurisdiction over us.
