Maybe they will now soon be able to concentrate on exploration and development on the 100% owned KLP, which, I believe, will eventually gain the company far greater rewards than Messina. JMO, though. Frankly, I think Messina and the DeBeers JV's are only temporary diversion designed to help the company self-finance much richer projects. That will keep the shares outstanding low, and increase the returns on future endeavors.
