I think your awakening is very shallow and quite misguided. George Cole, for instance, has been very sympathetic to the PLO, along with others on GPM, long before the most recent attacks on the WTC and Pentagon. Yet you have just finally "awakened" and recently decided to attack George's views. Why? Because U.S. citizens have been attacked recently in NYC? Where was your outrage before when many citizens of Israel were being attacked by the suicide bombers in Israel?
In contrast to you, a human life is precious to me whether it be an Israeli life, a U.S. citizen's life or a French Canadian life. When I use the word American I mean North(including U.S.A and All of Canada) and South American. I don't hold the life of a U.S. citizen as being more valuable than a Canadian or Israeli life. I love all three countries, including the province of Quebec. BTW, most people who live in NYC have a great love for Montreal and Quebec City. I had a lot of fun when I went to Quebec City. I went to many of their cafes and was very warmly received. But then again I brought a good attitude and told them I was from NYC....
If you think you are helping matters in the U.S.A by your hostile cheap attacks on others who disagree with you on GPM, then you got even more serious problems than I thought.
I think many U.S. citizens are still living in La La land. I hear someone telling you that you need to keep things in "perspective":

This is no isolated incident. Many Americans feel this way.
It took an attack on your "homeland" to get you outraged. For others, it will take an attack in the city they call home. I've been outraged for decades.
The U.S.A has announced complete Global War. So, it really matters very little what the PLO sympathizers think inside the U.S.A as long as they don't organize resistance. U.S.A. has always been on the side of Israel. Now the U.S military will fight with us against the enemy. I've been waiting for this day, along with many citizens of Israel, for a long long time.... Talk is cheap.
49er, why don't you get your butt down to NYC, Mr. recent All-American Patriot and volunteer as a firefighter. You'd be helping out your single "homeland" a lot more than wasting your time on GPM venting your anger against dissenting points of view that have no impact on what is coming.
I'm a Global Citizen of the Free World and have more than one "homeland." Unfortunately, I cannot be in more than one place at a time.
PS I hope for your sake you are not short Gold Futures. If you are, there is a very good chance you are going to get burned big time here IMO. |
