I certainly don't want to misinterpret what you say, so just answer me this:

I believe that Jesus was VERY clear on how to get into heaven and not spend an eternity after death without God. He gave no qualifier as to any particular religion or denomination. He simply said that one had to ask forgiveness of sins, and ask that Jesus be their savior -- to acknowledge that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died for their sins, that He rose to conquer death, and ask Him to save them. It does not matter if you are Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, Agnostic, atheist, or murderer when you make that decision -- Jesus will save you. Of course you certainly could not continue to believe or take part in anything that denied this truth you have accepted or that was contradictory to Jesus' teachings. But the point is, Jesus said, "No man comes to the Father, but by Me". And man may look on the outward appearance, but God knows the heart, and He knows every soul that truly has believed, accepted, and asked for Jesus to save them. Some Christians may still have beads for prayer. Some may take part in some Jewish customs. Some may do an ancestral Indian dance. But this is all tradition and family custom. None of this will save them. Only their cry to Jesus will do that.

So you believe this as truth?

I remain,

SOROS
