Although he doesn't mention it exactly, Benjamin Netanyahu could explain to you better than I can why the US opposes the proposed new world court:

The USA isn't part of the EU, and we are not going to be.
We already have one world court - maybe more, I am not an expert in international law. The United Nations has the International Court Justice in the Hague.
