AES is cheap IMO but global political risk creates the deep discount. Management is innovative, entrepreneurial from top to bottom, and ethically driven.

Lower Natural gas prices and AES's ability to create markets in high growth areas of the world will give AES a long term high growth potential as well as fundamental basis for a strong rebound from this level. Power companies are out of fashion now - time to buy
