Salomon with a difference of opinion.... 09:05 ET Salomon on Semiconductors II : Salomon out this morning with reductions to estimates and price targets on several names; maintains price target on Intel (INTC) at $40 and reduces FY01 estimate to $0.49 from $0.50 per share; cuts price target on Analog Devices (ADI) to $55 from $80 and cuts FY01 estimate to $1.09 from $1.11; cuts price target on Texas Instruments (TXN) to $37 from $45 and reduces FY01 estimates to $0.14 from $0.17; maintains price target on Advance Micro Devices (AMD) at $14 and cuts FY 01 estimates to $0.24 from $0.32.
