Why me? It is to be expected that Thomas and Scalia will try to cover their posteriors. The ones who should be embarassed are the ones who are not calling for Thomas and Scalia's impeachment.

I saw in the Wall St. Journal the accountants (for the IRS I think) don't think the twin tower attack is an extraordinary event. It seems the only ones still calling this a war are those like Rumsfeld, Phil Gramm, and Bob Barr with their hands in the cookie jar.
