How much have we already pissed away? These countries take our aid and attack our buildings.
Aid should be tagged with full cooperation. Every time we give aid to countries who are against our policies, the aid comes back to hit us in the face.
Money does not buy friends, if we haven't learned that, we deserve to get fooled.
