Here is my theory: if Gold cannot become a safe haven for whatever, then as a commodity, it may suffer the same ignominy as coffee... Look at GOX weekly and we have not even been able to rise above the late Spring highs! And that old favorite 'momentum" seems to be suffering also. I would not get too enamored with gold - could end up being one of those "this time its different" situations. BWDIK???
