the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Best Buy Co. Inc. -- Michael Keskey, officer, exercised an
option for 34,000 shares of common stock at $2.15 each Aug.
10, directly and indirectly holds 72,072.

BMC Industries Inc. -- Paul Burke, chairman, exercised an
option for 246,544 shares of common at $1.94 each Aug. 2; to
cover the expenses of transaction, Burke turned in 150,025
shares, directly and indirectly holds 541,770.

Community First Bankshares Inc. -- Darrell Knudson,
director, exercised an option for 1,000 shares of common at
$21.49 each Aug. 6, directly and indirectly holds 2,000.

Deluxe Corp. -- Gene Peterson, officer, exercised an option
