Oh Boy questions and no name calling or cussing.. hmmm Is the practice of buying or selling of securities in an orchestrated manner, by an organized group of people for the express purpose of driving the price down prohibited by the SEC? Not yet! But doing off shore through illegal naked shorting I believe is illegal. If it is, then what difference does it make whether or not the stock is a scam or isn't a scam, it's overvalued, undervalued, or tastes just right? The difference is the ends do not justify the means. P2bAAT & DSAS
