I always thought the organized groups were breaking the rules, when they are doing it soley to drive prices..

As far as naked shorting, and other things, the SEC simply doesn't enforce the rules, whether it be by lack of manpower, effort, interest, money, whatever, and that's a large part of the problem.

As an investor, I don't really care about the why's or why not's, I expect them to make sure it (violations) doesn't happen.

I am angry when it does happen, and I expect them to stop the practices that are illegal.

I have closed ears to any excuses.
