Your welcome. I am not a lawyer. It would seem to make more sense for Judge McKelvie to await the appeals court decision on the remaining fraud charge and the Markman before proceeding with the Delaware case. If he does not wait this whole affair could stretch out for a long time. Having, said that I have not seen anything yet which gives me confidence that a court will actually do something sensible. It has been that way since the OJ trial. The remaining cases are not as important as the clock speed ramp on the P4. They concern only Sdram at this point in time. A product which is no longer even profitable. DDR is likely now to be out of the subsequent cases as a result of the VA case rulings. Also, Rambus will no doubt be able to use the doctrine of equivalents in subsequent cases.
