Hi Gary. Nice thread. I'm very glad to see that the short selling situation is being addressed. The practice of selling shares one doesn't own into the market thereby helping to drive down the price of a given security so as to cause real investors to lose value has been a terrible thing for a long time now. It amazes me that it was ever allowed to happen. It is a ripoff to people who legitimately by and sell stock that they own. Frank
