Krispy Creme was targeted. It's a good company. Now whether or not it should be at the price it is or was, who really knows. I don't want to dwell on the specific example issue, because that's not why I originally posted. I posted to lend my support to the shorting petition concept, although I would prefer to have things modified and updated first, because I think that's the way to go. Maybe the petition won't do what the signers want, but maybe it will get the people that make the decisions to at least think about the whole situation and see if anything should be changed.
