Microsemi Corp. (Nasdaq:MSCC), today announced that it will release its
final fiscal year 2001 and fourth quarter operating results after the market
closes on Nov. 27, 2001.
The company also announced that it will conduct a conference call to discuss
the results with analysts and institutional investors on Nov. 27, 2001 at
1:45 p.m. PST, after the release of the results.
Microsemi also announced that, despite logistics and other issues arising
from the tragic events of Sept. 11 in New York and Washington, D.C., it is
reiterating its original guidance range for the fourth quarter.
