I agree with you that the school will probably not make the decision for Joe. What I do believe is when a change is going to be made the school will have to go after the best coach that is out there. They have built a stadium that needs to be filled and money will not be an issue.

We were sitting close to the field at Iowa where the kids were practicing before the game, and we are not lacking for kids with good size bodies. <g>

I certainly agree that Joe should get these kids in a mode where they are having fun playing this game.

I talked to Spanier, Curley and Kay (Nittany Lion Club) at the get together before the game and no one is talking. <g> Kay did say the money is still flowing into the office above last year levels, which tells me the givers still feel it is a good place to send their money.
