Paul, Nasdaq 5100 in 12-18 months, don't believe it? Dare you doubt the Treasury Secretary.

``I think there is a lack of leadership on Bush economic-policy issues,'' Jones said, singling out Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill for ``cheerleading on the economy'' rather than establishing a clear line of authority.

O'Neill, at the reopening of trading on New York stock exchanges on Sept. 17, urged Americans to buy shares and said stock prices could be at all-time highs in 12 to 18 months.
