Interesting filing today regarding 40% of the D and F Preferreds. A nice step in the right direction, but hard to understand why these Preferreds would agree to convert at 3 to 4 times current prices for a $400,000 payment. It will be interesting to see what unfolds over the next two weeks during the reset period. I wonder which group of Preferreds will make out better?
