Mephisto! Thanks for the good vacation wishes, and I'm glad I could help you with your question! School is definitely over. But I had a great class this past term...31 little people I will dearly miss next year. Now I'm having "fun" getting this house in order, so that I can put it up for sale. Vacation begins the day that for sale sign is posted. Then it's up to our real estate agent to work some magic and find a buyer! Hope you were able to take advantage of the correction. This market has created many buying opportunities, lately, for all those who have some cash on hand!
