If one did enough research, one could find the IRA to be in the same boat.

One does not see the administration label the IRA as terrorists, either.

PS: I raised this "IRA question" with folks I know on the net, as well as folks that I have met before. The only logical answer I received was "its a matter of priorities". Hit the immediate problem first, then tackle the rest, over time.
