My comments were somewhat tongue-in-cheek. What do you do, put a
wireless keyboard on the box so the couch potato can surf the net
10 feet away from his TV? The resolution of my 45" set isn't close
to that of my computer monitor. Maybe someday (longtime away) there
will be HDTV and my $5000 Tv will have those capabilities built in.

Also, surfing the net is for the most part a private affair, like
reading the newspaper. If the newspaper was only one page, then
perhaps Papa would sit at the head of the table and read it to
everyone.

Of course lots of people bought Pet Rocks.
