Again Len, you don't answer the question. I'm beginning to think you are just dishonest.

Ok, according to you, 6% of an (undisclosed) proportion of territory was held in deed by Jews. At least 70% of the territory was directly held by the British Mandate government. Now the question is - how much of the remaining (indeterminate based on the sketchy figures above) territory west of the Jordan was owned, in deed, by RESIDENTS of said territory? THAT is the question you have avoided answering. Are you afraid the answer will not be to your liking? What if only 1% of the territory was held, in deed, by Palestinians in RESIDENCE, and subsequently seized by the State of Israel? Would **1%** legal ownership entitle the Palestinians to the whole enchilada? 2%? 3%? 20%?
