ANd there is nothing wrong with that however the structure is set.

Here in the US I do not have a problem with marginable shorting or buying. However, I feel that the rightful owners should not sign over their rights, nor are they part of the lending agreement and so forth. Marginable securities are suppose to be the only ones that are shortable.

That is for ONLY Americans. As you can see from posts on this threads it does not matter about rules and regulations. SOme of these people are saying securities, "Any market can be shorted."

Now that means that from offshore accounts and most likely onshore also they are "Bearing raid" & "Piling On" whereas Bear raiding or piling on occurs when short sellers exert pressure on a stock’s price, forcing the price to drop precipitously, frequently within a single trading day.

Also here we are learning there are organized forces that pick a target for whatever the reason and once marked they begin their bear raid to break the company regardless.

Doesn't matter which market nor or if it is marginable or anything else. What they are posting in an feeble attempt to justify the illegal shorting is not working. Only proving that not only are they organized and doing it but the FEDs are looking the other way.

Plus there is more they feel they are above the law. Well we shall see.
