The Fortress America is being built and Siemens is sneaking in with a partnership with MOT. Juts inn case the US go 'buy American' in the next purchase cycle. The WSJ Europe today bring an editorial where it a lavishes praise in Germany's response to the terrorist 'threat'.
That will appease voices in the US against a morph between SI and MOT.

MOT has never had MSC. It has always used Siemens. Now with Siemens bringing in its partnership with NEC in that field things start getting really good for SI.
