I know enough to understand the questions regarding Hague tribunal are a touchy subject - questions of sovereignity, habeas corpus etc etc -. It also addresses (partially/substantially) uncharted waters: for instance were it not up to the sovereign Afgani state itself to prosecute its murderers? Does it have laws addressing these issues? What to do when the whole of the legislative assembly got eliminated? No more lawyers meaning justice is not an issue any more? etc
