A. Paisley--VNCIW are warrants which can be converted by the individual at four bucks and by the company at eight bucks. They expire in mid-2004, so there's plenty of time.

Also, I started a thread on SI relative to VNCIW. It's not very active yet. But then again, neither is this one--lol! I don't think the word has spread yet about this lil' videoconferencing gem. Here's the link:
