Time is not an issue for me as long as we have Bin Laden off his game. I want our response to be different from the way we have ever dealt with such issues before - ultra-smart and ultra-precise so that the refugee problems are not exacerbated. I think we should haul out a neutron bomb or two for particularly promising targets and particularly for places where there are important shrines, mosques, etc.
