Of course I have only anecdotal evidence and my sample size is limited to a few people at work. I know people who are switching out of their aggressive growth funds into bonds in their 401 Ks. I know others who are selling their
employee stock options at these levels after having ridden them down 90 % plus the almost uniform bearish consensus on
the street on tech leads me to think we will see a hell of a
rally in tech. Think about it all the indicators are lining up
1. Easy monetary policy
2. Stimulative fiscal policy
3. Technical indicators all pointing to an extremely
oversold market
4. Uniformly bearish consensus.

Looks to me these are ingredients for a sharp rally.
