Frank,

I believe OPEC will keep the price of oil sufficiently low as long as they can so this oil does not come on line in a big way. The is approximately a $4 differential in the cost of production. You are correct in that at some time in the future this oil will come one line and be used. I have not looked lately at the number of years of oil reserves the Saudies have left.
