israel would love for the u.s. to get dragged into a war where we destroy their enemies. i'm not saying i blame them, but i don't see how it's in our vital interest to be dragged into a holy war that cannot be won.

israel is not pure as the driven snow. they commit terrible acts on palestinians all the time. they are not all acts of self-defense, they are acts of retribution.

perhaps your interpretation of the bible is incorrect.

perhaps your interpretation of israel as stated in the bible is not the israel of today.

so no matter what israel does in the future you will blindly agree with them just because you believe israel is the apple of God's eye? what if israel decides to take an offensive position and ethnically cleanse their muslim neighbors? would you support them under every scenario?
