We know someone who was in the Special Forces (Think it was called that) in VietNam.
He, too, was a diver. He and his group would jump out of a helicopter in full scuba gear.

Most recently, whenever he was available, I'd hire him as dive master for my locally organized scuba trips.
He showed up with this huge backpack! You'd think he was ready for a big commando operation.
Nevertheless, the captain of the boat felt reassured. And so did we.
