James, So for arguments sake if there are 4 terrorist uses of bio warfare in the US killing hundreds of thousands, we should send food? We would have no choice but to set an example. I do not say this with any pleasure. It sickens me. If the soviets had done such a think we would have reacted that way and that is precisely why the soviets never did anything. I know that these folks are terrorists without a real flag but nations like Taliban controlled afghanistan and Iraq need to know this so that these things will not happen. Even during the Gulf war, Sadaam showed much restraint in this regard because he didnt want to get nuked. Of course with the enemies within he has shown no such restraint. Mike
