WC, Are their tactical neutrons that can be used for that purpose? If so can their use be kept secret? Does our government consider them not weapons of mass destruction in its plans and have they prepared for this type of usage? These questions need to be answered i guess. I have no objection to the results of their use that you describe. I just dont want to open up a pandoras box with their use. mike
